I ordered flowers for delivery two weeks prior to Valentine's Day. Received an email on Valentine's Day at 2:00 in the afternoon stating the order was cancelled. I called and was told that they were sold out of flowers. I am not sure why they wouldn't have this information earlier.

My deepest and sincerest apologies! I value you our customers and I’m sorry this incident occurred. I want you as well as all our customers to receive the best service because you took the chance on this company and mostly because you deserve it. Our shipment of flowers did not come in leaving us short of the flowers needed. Which left us in this bad situation. I regret the inconvenience and frustration it has caused you and your loved one. My deepest apologies!
